Significant Resolutions Passed:
R-0409
The most significant resolution passed expanded our district from three regions to five regions to allow more effective support of our congregations. The regions shall be known as Southeast, Southwest, Northwest, Northeast, and North Central. The voting members of the Board of Directors shall consist of thirteen members. The District Secretary, One Lay Person and one Ordained Minister from each of the five regions, and two Commissioned Ministers at large. The non voting members of the Board shall be the District President and the Five Vice Presidents.

The delegates passed a resolution which will be submitted to the BRTFSSG floor committee with our recommendation that they change the constitution and by-laws to allow Commissioned Ministers to be elected as delegates to District Conventions and the Synodical Conventions.

A resolution was passed that will allow non-delegate Board of Director members an invitation to attend the District Convention as a guest without the privilege of voting.
Other Items:
Mr. Bruce Kintz, President of C.P.H. presented to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church of Oregon, OH with a $500 certificate to begin a church library.
Mr. Steve Cohen, Executive Director of Apple of His Eye, reported on evangelism efforts among the Jewish people.
Rev. Robert Greene presented an initial report from the BRTFSSG. After a lengthy questions and answer period, the delegates completed a written feed back ranking of the topic covered.
