There are three options for congregations who desire to make commitments to Fan into Flame a part of their efforts to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to the world

Congregational Pledge. This form allows congregations to record their commitments to a specific financial contribution to Fan Into Flame.
Congregational Pledge as a part of local fund raising campaign. This form allows congregations to pledge a portion of its own capital (or other) campaign to the LCMS and Ohio District mission growth endeavor.
Congregational Intention. This form allows a congregation to indicate its intention (without binding commitment) to participate in the Fan Into Flame program in the future.
