The COST for this event is approximately $50 - more details to come!
The cost for each event is $150 per person. Registration materials can be downloaded from the Ohio District Website or call Karen at the Ohio District Mission Support Center.
Registration opens for the Sr. High Gathering - IMMEDIATELY! and closes on October 30, 2009.
Jr. High Gatherings - both I and II on November 1, 2009 and closes on February 2, 2010.
Servant Event Week - opens March 1, 2010 and closes on May 15, 2010.
Housing and most meals are included in the registration fee. If special housing arrangements are requested or a group does not fill a room, the cost may be the responsibility of the registering congregation. If you have questions contact Karen at (800) 901-2297 ext. 23 or duttonk@oh.lcms.org.
All participants must pay in full. If there is illness or an emergency in a family and a refund is requested, it must be made in writing by the parent of the youth after the event. These requests should be mailed to Karen Dutton at the Ohio District Mission Support Center, 6451 Columbia Road, Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138
Chaperones for any Ohio District Event must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the event.
