Outreach
 Attracting and Keeping Visitors is a one-day workshop offered by the Partners in Outreach Task Force of the Ohio District to help congregations attract more visitors utilizing advertising and public relations.
This 5-hour workshop designed to help congregations...
· Understand the community they are attempting to reach.
· Attract more guests and visitors to church through advertising & public relations.
· Expand the group life of the congregation as open doors through which new people can enter.
· Capitalize on the importance of a well designed web presence that will attract people to church.
· Utilize relational technology (Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, etc.) to establish initial contacts with seekers and unchurched persons.
· Initiate principles that will draw first time visitors back.
· With the ultimate goal that guests and visitors would encounter the living Christ in word and sacrament and, by the power of God’s Spirit, be drawn into a faith relationship with Christ.

Share Life – A Witnessing Workshop
Presented in cooperation with the Outreach Task Force of the Ohio District LCMS.
Participants will learn:
· how to witness to others
· to discern an aching heart
· to understand your personality traits
· to develop a personal ‘witness’ list
· to plan ‘witness’ encounters
· support structure will also be in place to help you along as you faithfully grow in the process.
