District congregations through their elected Board of Directors and the District President have set ministry goals (called Ends Policies) and designed the implementation strategies that guide the work of District staff and volunteers. Congregations have also contributed the financial resources needed to support District ministries. The goals are
- Healthy Congregations functioning as mission outposts
- Health Professional church workers, and
- Healthy Relationships that allow us to do together what would be impossible for us acting singly.
