Passing of David Schlade, Napoleon, Ohio - Wednesday, August 27, 2008
On Tuesday morning David Schlade, 68,  a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Napoleon, Ohio, was suddenly and unexpectedly called home by the Lord.
 
David had served on the Board for Parish Services and the Board of Directors of The Ohio District for over 20 years.
 
In addition David actively served on Synod's Laborers for Christ program for 12 years, servicing many congregations during that time within the Ohio District.
 
Visitation for David  will take place at Walkers Mortuary in Napoleon on Friday, August 29th from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm.
 
Funeral Services will take place at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1075 Glenwood Ave. in Napoleon on Saturday August 30th at 10:30 am.
 
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church Memorial fund.
