LDR Disaster Preparedness Training
Level One and Two Disaster Preparedness Training will be available at St. John Lutheran Church and School, Marysville, Ohio on June 7, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for all interested volunteers. Topics for Level One training include, definition of and levels of declarations by county, state or federal authorities, the three stages of a disaster which are the first response, emergency relief and long term recovery. The second level training involves case and donations management, volunteer coordination and spiritual care among other long term care recovery planning and topics.
