While not every step is necessary, the more information you have and the closer you follow the progression of the enclosed chart, the greater success you can achieve.
Visioning - What is your vision for your congregation, school or organization. Working with representatives of the ODLCEF you are engaged in understanding how your members feel about the ministry and opportunities in your community. there are several ways we can assist you in putting together that vision.
Demographic Study - Who are the people in your community? What do you know about them? Does learning about them help you to serve them and interst them in your congregation? Find out how demographic information can help you to grow and reach out to those in your community and within your own congregation.
Strategic Planning - Let the resources of the ODLCEF help you with developing your plan for ministry and finances.
Facilities and Staffing - We can assist with the understanding and planning for the needs of a new or expanded facility including the space and staff necessary for a successful operation.
Architects - ODLCEF has a number of register architects willing to work with you in the early stages of your building project. They can assist with determining your facility needs and provide helpful suggestions to your space needs. Their expertise will help you in deciding what to build, materials to use and will assis you in choosing the final architect and or contractor that will translate your plans into reality.
Capital Funding -How can you raise the needed funds to make the project a success? We can help by providing you with resources and references that will guide your fund raising.
Borrowing Funds - The ODLCEF can be your lender of choice. Offering low-cost construction loans for new and or renovated construction is made possible through the savings investments of people just like you who support the monistry of the Great Commission.
Construction advise - Allow our staff to assist you in providing construction advise and suggestions that can move your project forward and successfully.
