HARP's mission is to promote and facilitate whole life stewardship (time, talent and treasures) by linking volunteer organization's resources with service opportunities in impovershed areas and areas affected by naural disasters. 

HARP links faith-based and social service based organizations resources to identified needs and facilitates the flow of donations to needy peoples.
