Atonement Lutheran Church & Preschool (with Rosie) is an affiliate of Lutheran Church Charities K-9 Comfort Dog Ministry.

Rosie and the Comfort Dog Ministry Team bring the mercy, compassion, presence and proclamation of Jesus to folks throughout the community when visiting homes, schools, assisted living facilities, libraries, churches — wherever they are invited.  Since Rosie arrived in Columbus in July 2014, she and her team have visited over 500 places, bringing the love of Jesus to thousands of people.

Rosie is available to respond to disasters and emergencies throughout the Ohio District. Call the Atonement office (614.451.1880) if you would like to invite Rosie and some of her two-legged team members to bring some comfort to your congregation, school or community.

Her team of Handlers includes rostered LCMS minister, Pastor Phil Esala (and Deb) from Atonement
