  • Use local resources such as the local Children's Hospitals for their newsletters, and other local hospitals for additional resources. Join a local Parish Nurse/Congregational Health Ministry group for support. Become involved with you Diabetic Association in your town, Arthritis foundation, Alzheimer's etc. They all offer great health information and support.
