The Ohio District LCMS offers financial assistance to those students studying at one of the colleges or universities in the Concordia System or studying at one of the Concordia Seminaries, who intend to serve as a professional church worker in an LCMS Church or School.

In order for a student to be eligible for financial aid from the Ohio District, certain criteria must be met as requirements have changed. The student applying for aid must be responsible in reading all of the required documents, sign where indicated, and communicating with his/her pastor to complete and sign the necessary forms.

STUDENT FINANCIAL AID FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED EVERY NEW SCHOOL YEAR!!

Click on the forms listed below to download and review. ALL must be signed and sent in to the Ohio District office**. The deadline to send in these forms is: June 15. Receipt of forms after this date will not be considered by the Ohio District LCMS.

**The District Financial Aid Application Form – Section I must be completed by applicant, including signature of applicant's Pastor, then forwarded to the appropriate Concordia System University or Concordia Seminary where Section II will be completed by the financial aid office. This form will then be sent to the Ohio District office upon their completion.
