LCMS Florida/George District:
REV7:9 Project which involves 22 congregations who have committed to reach out to their neighbors of another cultural group, and to start a ministry together with them. This is a partnership between the FLGA District, Mission Nation Publishing, and is sponsored by the LWML. Pray that the Lord will prosper the efforts of these churches to work with neighborhood “igniters” so that the Gospel message spreads to every tribe, nation, language and people group!
Efforts to plant new faith communities and micro-churches throughout the FLGA District. Ask God to bless each congregation with the vision to be a church-planting church through their involvement in making disciples who make disciple-makers, starting new ministries and congregations, and considering their Kingdom legacy beyond their life-cycle.
For their President Equip Conference (this is our all workers plus lay leadership) in September as their committee is at the critical point in planning for our workshops; plenary, and attendees. They anticipate 750+.
Prayers also that within each congregation servant leaders will be raised up who will disciple another to disciple another...
Prayers for our congregations in the calling process, and those who are currently vacant.
Please pray for the people of Abaco, Bahamas and SW Florida as they deal with the challenges of rebuilding after major hurricanes.

Lindsay K. who has had serious heart issues and is now recuperating at home. Pray for her healing and return to good health and for the care of her young sons.
Kathy V. as she is in need of healing for a number of health issues, and is in a nursing facility. Pray that she will be approved for and move into a better quality facility that will provide better care.
